Zaccheus Peh

Zaccheus founded Restalyst, growing it from a small one-product start-up into an innovative biomedical company that develops, manufactures and markets a range of clinical cancer diagnostic solutions across the Asia Pacific market. Zaccheus saw the benefits of integrating different companies across the healthcare value chain and subsequently set up ResteLab, ResteMedical and ResteLife – with all coming under the Reste Group.

Prior to setting up Restalyst, Zaccheus has over a decade’s worth of leadership experience in various sectors within several MNCs and SMEs. In these roles, he is known for turning loss-making divisions or companies into profitable ones within a short period of time. Zaccheus has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the Nanyang Technological University.

Dr Winson Ng

Dr Winson, currently the Chief Investment Officer of Moonfare, based in London (Berlin) possess over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking, including a dozen years with the Private Equity Group of GIC, the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation), and 6 years with UBS Wealth Management private markets group.

Winson managed significant commitments to a large number of private equity funds and multiple co-investments globally. Winson’s coverage included a wide representation of growth, mid-market and large buyout funds as well as funds in mezzanine, credit, infrastructure and the distressed space. He has served as an advisory board member for over 20 private equity funds.

Winson has an MBA from INSEAD (France) and graduated with a Medical degree from the University of London. He was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Malaysia and has lived in France and UK.

Tim Metcalfe

Non-executive Director

Tim Metcalfe is an experienced corporate financier and public company adviser having spent the last 29 years in a variety of roles.  He started his career as a corporate financier in 1994 at Robert Fleming & Co before moving to N M Rothschild.  He then focused on advising small and mid-cap companies in a number of senior positions at Westhouse Securities, Northland Capital Partners and Zeus Capital.  

Tim left his role as Joint CEO of Zeus Capital at the end of 2014 to co-found IFC Advisory, a financial public relations and investor relations adviser, where he is currently managing director. Tim has advised a large range of companies from those in the FTSE 100, to small and mid-cap quoted companies, on investor relations, IPOs, fundraisings, M&A, strategy and regulatory matters.  

Tim is a non-executive director of The Investment Company plc, a London Stock Exchange Main Market listed investment trust, and a director of a number of private businesses.



Wong Fatt Heng

Honored twice with the Shanghai Magnolia Honorable Award, Wong Fatt-heng CEO of DIAN Diagnostics and formally with Roche Diagnostics has been working and living in the Shanghai city for 13 years.


Mr. Wong is a Malaysian Chinese. Graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Technology from the Curtin University. Mr. Wong has been long in the clinical laboratory management and tremendous experience in this field. He is the only foreigner in China who started out in the laboratory and became an industry leader in China. At the same time, he has been engaged by various academic institutions as visiting professor and as an overseas Chinese also contributed greatly in bringing global standards in China.

Wes Lawrence

Currently appointed as the strategic advisor of Wesley Gordon Consulting, Mr. Lawrence possesses over 35 years of experience in the pathology industry, and strong record in build/ buy of pathology assets. Mr. Lawrence has led greater than AUD $1billion pathology business across multiple divisions and geographies as former CEO of the Pathology Division of Healius Ltd. He joined Healius Ltd in 1992 as a lab scientist and has since worked in several key operational and business development roles. 

Wes was the CEO of Laverty Pathology, a market leader in Pathology collection and testing in both NSW and the ACT. His proven experience in the industry, coupled with his strong leadership capability and commitment to continuous improvement, will help the Pathology business deliver on its market leading strategy.
